Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)

This position is responsible for networking and finding clients for sale of the Groups Luxury properties.

The incumbent should have knowledge & an excellent network and understanding of industry and should be a strong communicator, with the ability to establish trust, develop relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for sales of the real estate groups residential property

-Should possess good channel partner network in Tricity region (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali)

- Network with the clients for sales, following the leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing the sale.

- Channel Sales

- Establishing relationships with all sales partners.

- Responsible for post-sales cycle and customer satisfaction.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters sales opportunities.

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of rich experience in Real-estate Sales and Business Development

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience of managing channel partners & sales cycle with B-to-C selling process

- Must possess self-motivation and competitive mindset in growing HNI customer base.

- The ability to work successfully in an extremely competitive & entrepreneurial environment.
