Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Ready Mix Concrete (5-12 yrs)
Our Client is a leading Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) manufacturer, providing top-quality products to construction sites for over 20 years. With approximately 150 employees, we specialize in delivering time-sensitive, perishable concrete products that must reach our customers within hours to maintain quality.
Job Title : Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales

Position Overview :
We seek dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Managers and Sales Managers to drive our business forward in the Delhi & Gurgaon regions. The primary responsibility of this role is to increase sales and ensure prompt payment collections. Candidates with a proven track record in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry will only be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Target Achievement :
- Drive sales growth in the Delhi & Gurgaon markets, focusing on RMC products. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Client Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and construction companies. Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering quality solutions and post-sales support.
Payment Collection :
- Ensure timely collection of payments for sales completed, working closely with clients and the internal finance team.
Market Penetration :
- Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Regularly track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide insights to senior management to help in business decision-making.
Key Qualifications :
- Experience : B.Tech (Civil) with 5 - 12 years of sales experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry, with a deep understanding of the Delhi market.
- Education : Graduation is mandatory. Candidates with a Civil Engineering background will have an advantage.
- Skills & Competencies : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be result-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets. Good understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Personality : Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a clear focus on driving business results.
Additional Requirements/Information :
- Candidates must be based in Delhi or nearby areas.
- Must own a personal vehicle for ease of commuting.
- This is a target-based role with performance-linked incentives.
- Six days working week.
