The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) :
To handle/coordinate group BD, Sales Coordination and Marketing Support across group (3+ companies)
This will include but not be restricted to :
a) Business Development coordination activities
b) Business Partners / Alliances coordination
c) Database management
d) Coordinate with corporate clients for scheduling demos, free trials with prospective clients, organize client meetings (physical and virtual)
e) Take feedback and update internal team for next steps/actions
f) Central Sales and Marketing co-ordination
g) Social Media / PR & Media Management
h) Internet Research on prospects / business opportunities
i) Preparation of Presentations / Spreadsheets
j) Executive Assistance support to the CEO's office
The Person (Candidate Details) :
Experience :
a) 28 - 35 years
b) Graduate + Diploma in Marketing preferred
c) Handling Business Development coordination and sales activities
d) Handling Marketing activities co-ordination / administration
e) Tech / Internet Savvy - proficient in MS Office
f) Database management
g) Internet Search / Managing Websites
h) Social media activities e.g. Linkedin
i) Go-getter/ Multi-tasking/ effectively interface with clients
Work Experience : 8 yrs TO 15 yrs
Job Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai, / Remote
