One of the clients is an integrated travel and travel-related financial services company, with headquarters in Mumbai, India. The Group is today one of the largest travel service provider networks headquartered in the Asia-Pacific region.
Position : Manager / Senior Manager ( MICE Sales)
Exp : 5+ Years
Locations : Delhi / Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Person will need to generate MICE business(Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events)
- Will need to meet key persons in corporate & generate business.
- Maintain MICE generating accounts through various sales activities(face to face sales calls, telephone calls, sight inspections, entertainment)
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
- Ability to understand corporate needs and design suitable bookings.
- Sales Manager should be able to generate business, give sales training to the juniors, generate new corporate accounts for the hotel.
- Able to lead a good team and update the reports on timely basis
