We have an opportunity for the profile of Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing in Real Estate Company and for this profile we need those candidate those who are working with real estate company with a same experience in sales & marketing profile.

Designation: Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing

Experience: 5 - 12 years

Location: Kolkata

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Maintaining day to day leads from various sources in CRM & ERP and distribute to all the sales executive.

- Head sales under supervision of the Sales Head for all of their projects in Kolkata.

- Coordinating legal documents for bank loan as necessary.

- Attending meetings and business conferences and updating the industry information.

- Preparing the sales plan with the help of team members.

- Coordinating work activities with team members.

- Monitoring customer interaction on a daily basis.

- Market Research (location wise/project wise/other feature wise)

- Making monthly basis Enquiry vs Revenue Report for all projects.

- Respond to Email queries.

- Maintaining and updating stock internally as well as in Website.

- Coordinating with the financial institutions, getting the loans done and issuing the NOC.

- Working as one point contact for all leads.

- Looking after cancellation process and refund.

- Making MIS reports.

- Coordinating with all channel partners for booking and project related queries.

- Looking after the post sales activities such as processing Applications for new apartments, issuing allotment letters, demands letters & money receipts.

- Coordinating with our existing client database to get referral leads and convert into booking.

- Maintaining database category wise for SMS and Email campaign.

- Maintaining database for events like: prospect customer meet, channel partners meet, investors meet, HNI meet, Management reference meet etc.

- Maintaining database project wise / budget wise / requirement wise.

- Monitor and update stock in the website as per booking/blocking/releasing of stocks.

- Coordinating with the channel partners for the availability of the apartments in the project.

- Close coordination & follow-ups with the customers & the banks for the disbursement of payments.
