The opening that we have for Development Manager & Agency Manager- Agency Channel In a Leading Life Insurance with Package starting from 2.25 lacs to 6.0 lacs ( + Incentives).
Job Responsibility :
1. To recruit team of insurance advisors as per the corporate strategy e.g. HNI IAS satisfaction and customer grievances.
2. Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Insurance Advisors.
3. Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance
Requirement :
- Candidate must have 4 to 12 Years of experience in Insurance/ Mutual Fund/CASA/Investments/Loans/Real Estate/Other sector candidate can also apply for this profile.
- Age : 22 to 35 years
- Must be Graduate
- Good communication skills.
- Must have his/her own vehicle.
