THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS
Position :MGR/ SR MGR- BD-IT Sales (Hunter)
Experience : 9- 14 Years
Qualification : BTECH,MTECH,MCA,MBA etc
Expertise In : Enterprise Sales /Software solutions sales
Preference : Immediate Joiner / candidate should be from similar IT sales industry having exp in
selling IT services Laptop,desktop,server,datacenter,switches,firewall,antivirus,security products
and cyber security solutions and software solutions and services
-We have a requirement for a business development manager who can develop business, generate revenue, be a go-getter, be self-motivated, and have excellent knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services such as IT infrastructure, cyber security, and software solutions. He/She must have relationships in BFSI segment.

- Expertise In Microsoft Application Sales & Software Solutions Sales./Enterprise Sales
-Expertise In Enterprise Sales & Software Solutions Sales
-Expertise In : VM Ware, Oracle, Cyber Security & Network excess.
Responsibilities :
- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships
- Must have a working knowledge of global delivery model and should have closed large deals in hunting new business.
- Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in the specific industry segments
- Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
- Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements.
- In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms,
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
- Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory and able to manage objection well and make their way in for new areas of growth with our customers Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales and Post Sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Prospect and identify qualified opportunities Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.
- Generate Profitable Revenue from New and/or existing Account
- Generate New streams of Revenue from existing customers (pillar/ competency)Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin ,debtor days).
-Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
- Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentations
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Collect invoices/payments on time Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
- Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.
