Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - IT (8-13 yrs)
A global IT firm headquartered in the U.S is looking for Manager/Sr. Manager - sales with 8 to 13 years of experience in IT software services selling services (not products) in the U.S region. He/ She should be a good people manager as well. Very good communication skills. Should be from a good company.
Responsibilities
- The core responsibility is to set up, manage and drive a feasible sales channel from prospecting to click kick-off, working with small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations and associations.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, building outbound lead-gen and qualifying inbound leads
- Draft proposals, develop mad-men style pitches and lead the pitch team
- Communicate company's value proposition to prospective clients in a manner appropriate for the target audience of C Suite executive.
- Collaborate with account, creative and technical teams to develop and present new concepts for prospective clients
- Coordinate with other sales, account management and delivery staff to monitor client satisfaction and ensue successful engagements with clients
- Assist the marketing team in generating awareness by attending conferences and promoting the company
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Experience in business development or account management within an agency, public relations, digital marketing, communications firm or directly comparable experience working inside a corporation or organization itself
- College diploma or university degree
- Proven track record of managing and building relationships with new clients
- Ability to retain and grow current client accounts
- A proven track record for delivering consistent revenue growth
- Highly motivated, energetic personality with a proven track-record of managing a successful team
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality, driven at all times to meet and exceed goals
- Excellent in-person presentation skills, relationship building and experience in contract negotiations
- Dexterity to work with all levels within the internal team and across client organizations
- Comfortable with high volume of client interaction both in person, through phone and email
- Impeccable ethical standards and professional presence
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Must have exceptional writing skills
