Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - International Business - Stainless Steel Trading Firm (6-15 yrs)
Job Responsibility
- Trading of Stainless Steel scraps, Nickel, Ferro Nickel, Iron Ore, and other ferrous/non-ferrous metals/scraps.
- Successfully managing all the operations of trading including, Purchase, Sales, Logistics, Export, and Import and after sales.
- Handle all export and import documentation, co-ordinate with CHA, banks, freight forwarders as well as Govt. bodies for smooth operations and follow ups.
- Visit business partners (Suppliers/Buyers) as well as their plants for random inspections and discuss commercial as well as operational issues.
- Enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth by direct selling and strategic approach.
- Resourceful at maintaining relationships with clients to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their quality and delivery related critical issues.
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets by mapping and identifying potential customers/suppliers needs and ensure profitability.
- Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion by developing grass root business network.
- Prepare concise monthly reports for Headquarter for Regional Headquarter in Singapore for apprising the activities in India.
- Ensure the sales and business data is monitored and updated regularly for follow-ups and co-ordination.
- Attend various conferences/seminars for better networking and business opportunities.
