Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Insurance (4-12 yrs)
Role : Sales Manager
Experience : 3 to 8 years in Insider Sales/Outbound Call Center
Qualification : MBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
Health and Life term Insurance Product Sales/industry experience is mandatory
Key Responsibility
- Accountable for Customer business through Contact Center, ensuring required conversion target of digital leads is met.
- Ensuring achievement of revenue target set by the company for Sales Booking and Issuance
- Responsible all key performance metrics like APE (Annual Premium Equivalent), NOPs, Average Productivity, leads by sales channel, Conversion % are tracked and the benchmarks are achieved
- Understand the digital space and the role of key players & continuously scan the domain for novel practices.
- Ensuring data is readily available and relevant analysis / insights are shared as per requirement. Managing
- Management Reviews
- Manage all relationships with internal / external stakeholders in operations and underwriters
- Keep Customer at the top priority while taking decision and ensuring Customer experience is always positive
- Compliance Reporting / Audits and Management internal reporting / Maintaining Call Logs, Recordings and Managing Revenue Vs Forecast
- Ensuring constant Monthly Churn % with the objective of driving leads conversion efficiency
- Net Promoter Score
- Ensuring Employee Satisfaction and managing attrition
