We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Channel Sales Manager who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from the open market.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales results
- Find and create fresh sales possibilities.
- Recruitment of financial consultants from open market
- Planning and Goal Setting to achieve goals
- Conducts review discussions/wake-up meetings as and when required
- Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team- through periodic on floor coaching.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: 2+years in field and sales
- Age Limit: 23-39 years
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
