Our client is a manufactures bread products, cakes, and fruit juices. It has bakery units in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Chandigarh, Cochin, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kanpur, Mumbai, and Ranchi. The company also produces fruit beverages, energy food, and extruded food.
Role:
This is a distribution influence management role for the Consumer Products division- Handling Business value 500 Crore, Team management, Distribution Management TOC way of Working, Go To Market Module, Driving Key potential channel partners to ensure secondary business, Strategy planning and Implementation, Distribution, pricing, discounts and scheme management, Rolling out new Initiatives to increase productivity and ensure consistent growth, Automation of sales process, In depth analysis of markets scenario and competition behavior, Gaining Market share in defined segments, Introduction of new business modules for effective and profitable business model.
The Consumer Products Division predominantly has a dealer, distribution network and preference is for a candidate who is working or has worked in a FMCG/Bakery or a similar industry in a distribution setup with Dealer Influence Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA Marketing
- Experience range 8-12 years
- Experience of working in a Influencer role in FMCG/Food/ bakery for field force.
- Should be in Regional role
- Experience of looking after end to end dealer, distribution network.
- Open to work in Gurgaon
