Manager/Senior Manager - Sales Development Analyst (8-16 yrs)
1. Retail Database updation: Refresh the database at regular intervals and apply sanity checks to ensure robustness of data
2. Data custodian: Be the custodian and define norms for read/ write access on this database
3. Distributors- retail coverage expansion: Leverage the retail database to tag retailers to distributors and help increase their coverage
4. Wholesaler engagement program: Be the custodian of wholesaler database. Maintain a list of all active wholesalers for all scheme related purposes
1. Rollout of digital initiatives: End-to-end ownership of design and roll out of digital initiatives including successful execution, vendor management, scaling up and training.
2. Sales Force Automation: Implementing SFA in new territories. Maximum adoption and training of Sales Officer apps
3. Beat plan optimization: Work with SOs to understand market complexities and generate beat using tool
4. PJP custodian: Be the custodian of all uploaded PJPs and keep the plan updated
1. Manage DMS: Ensure distributors are updating DMS on regular basis and coordinate with vendor for data update/technical queries
2. Insights from DMS: Integrate SFA data with DMS data and identify SO share of business
1. Track Key Performance Indicator: Tracking of KPIs of RMs, RSM, ASMs and SOs
2. Support sales team: Help sales team in conducting reviews through available tools like Analytics engin
