Experience Range: Manager- 6-8 yrs; Senior Manager-8-10 yrs
Requirements :
Must-Have Skills :
- At least 6 years of work experience across B2B Industrial Sales and Logistics.
- Experience in B2B sales across Industrial and Warehousing clusters in the Mumbai region.
- Client servicing experience in an IPC, with existing relationships of Industrial and Logistics clients and partner networks.
- Should have a stable career experience with the IPCs based in Mumbai (MANDATORY).
- Experience in Industrial and Warehousing Real Estate transactions.
- Must have relevant experience in running end-to-end transactions.
Key Skills :
- Acquiring clients from self-generated leads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Identify and understand client needs clearly, should have a knowledge of market leads and warehouse availability in the Mumbai-Bhiwandi region.
- Articulate communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify potential clients and markets through research, networking, and other means, and develop targeted strategies to approach them.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or lease.
- Create compelling property listings, including photographs and detailed descriptions.
- Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze property values and assess market conditions to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Mediate between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth and mutually beneficial deals.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulations.
