Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Chemical (5-12 yrs)
This opportunity is based with a growing chemical manufacturer at multiple location. The incumbent will be responsible to manage the respective market for sales function of the organization.
We need people with B.Tech / B.Sc (Chemical/Chemistry) for this role. Candidates who have worked with industries like Paints/Coating/Adhesives/Chemicals need only to apply. The following will be the responsibilities of desired candidate.
1. Setting individual sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for the assigned region.
2. Identification of new customers to ensure budgeted growth and new business development
3. Meeting sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances,initiating corrective actions.
4. Addressing customer complaints & ensuring timely resolution of the same in defined time.
5. Analysing market trends, discover new opportunities for growth, close eyes on competitor's strategy/activities.
6. Maintaining and increasing sales trends with timely collection of payments.
7. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
8. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
9. Any other task assigned on time to time based on sales plan
