Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Card Solution (6-12 yrs)

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1. 6 to 8 years of experience in similar role handling Banking clients
- 2. Excellent written & verbal communication
- 3. Strong in interpersonal skills and relationship management.
- 4. Detail-oriented and high on problem-solving skills
- 5. Strong Analytical and Logical abilities.
- 6. Capabilities to perform in a high-pressure environment within tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
1. Deepen, Enhance and manage the existing Customers
2. To manage existing clients by providing solutions for their Card requirements.
3. This will involve understanding their existing rates and terms and proposing a well-defined solution. Up selling and cross selling of card services, sending
proposals and following up on orders
4. Managing / servicing existing client relationships and bring in new relationships through referrals/ active solicitation. Resolution of customer queries & complaints. Client interaction will be on e-mail/ phone.
5. Ensuring monthly generation of Bills on time and timely collection of payments.
6. Ensuring coordination with internal teams like Finance, Operations, Legal and IT for timely resolution of customer complaints/issues
7. Should regularly visit client premises for efficient account management activities.
8. Generating lead through Negotiation, Tenders, Bids, RFP- s, RFQ's and EOI- s
9. Preparing bid proposals in response to Tenders, Bids, RFP- s, RFP's and EOI- s
