Functional Skills
1. Should have an excellent understanding of the Domestic markets. Must have relevant and essential experience in the BPO sector.
2. Should have been successful in developing and/or closing some large deals in the Telecom, BFSI and other sectors, like Retail, E-Commerce, across territories. Should have personal contacts in the target market segment.

4. Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
5. Ability to craft and sell solutions on basis of uncovered business needs.

Qualifications
Essential: Graduate Degree
Desirable: MBA
Experience
1. Minimum of 7-10years of total experience in Sales & BD Operations.
2. Knowledge of IT and ITES sector is highly essential and critical to process delivery.
3. Working knowledge of commercial issues & clauses with implications.
4. Knowledge / domain expertise as well as deep understanding of drivers of success in relevant industry vertical.
Compensation
CTC Range - Rs 12lacs to Rs 15lacs and negotiable
