Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Branch (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of AMC for the branch
Channel management :
- Develop and Strengthen relationships to promote schemes across IFA- s, National Distributors and Banks
- Knowledge sharing and training of channel partners by making effective sales presentations on products
- Activation of dormant channel partners
- Manage smooth functioning of branch operation and administration work
- Liaison within the Organization to ensure that information and servicing needs of the Channel partners / investors are met
- Effectively handle queries/grievances while following with TAT
- Regular MIS and reporting
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Strong judgment, maturity, and sensitivity regarding people management
- Strong Coaching skills for development of subordinates-
Key Skills : Knowledge & Essential Skills :
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy market share
- Strong networking & relationship building skills necessary to manage high-end distributors & investors
- In-depth knowledge Of MF Industry, Products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt)
