Manager/Senior Manager - Mutual Fund Sales (10-12 yrs)
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of for the branch
- Channel management:
- Develop and Strengthen relationships to promote schemes across IFA- s, National Distributors and Banks
- Knowledge sharing and training of channel partners by making effective sales presentations on products
- Activation of dormant channel partners
- Manage smooth functioning of branch operation and administration work
- Liaison within the Organization to ensure that information and servicing needs of the Channel partners / investors are met
- Effectively handle queries / grievances while following with TAT
- Regular MIS and reporting
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Strong judgment, maturity, and sensitivity regarding people management
- Strong Coaching skills for development of sub ordinates
