Manager/Senior Manager - MICE Outbound Sales (4-8 yrs)

Role Purpose, Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Acquiring new corporate clients & managing the account from a long term perspective

- Be a single point contact for the client & the back end team.

- To acquire new clients and ensure quality delivery standards.

- High involvement in Research, Planning & Strategy making to ensure new client participation.

- Should be updated with the latest technology & regular market information to ensure selling the service at the right time, as per the client pitch.

- Negotiate with Clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitability.

- Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal team.

- Understanding the clients requirement & accordingly involve the internal team to provide innovative solutions & measures.

- To provide timely feedback to the internal Team and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, estimate, etc.

- To coordinate with all the departments and ensure execution on all fronts from pre to post events.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies required to fulfil role:

QUALIFICATION :

Graduate / Post Graduate in Tourism / Event Management / Business Management

Behavioural Competency

- A good command on English language with good Inter Personal Skills

- Good at negotiating with clients, vendors & internal customers

- Selling instincts with a forward thinking approach

- Smart Judgment to take independent decision and Good at Presentation Skills

Technical Competency:

- Sound Knowledge on Event Set Ups & BTL activities-Proficiency in Microsoft Office & MS Power Point.

- Adaptable, emotionally resilient and professional approach suitable for a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

- Good communicator, able to deal with internal and external clients at all levels, and present concepts and ideas effectively.

Experience:

- Experience in MICE Outbound Sales is a must
