Key Responsibilities:
- Market Insight: Analyze market trends and OEM requirements to identify opportunities for growth.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitor activities and market developments to inform our strategy.
- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and propose comprehensive growth plans and long-term business strategies.
- Business Planning: Prepare detailed sales budgets and monitor market share dynamics.
- Contract Negotiation: Finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring beneficial outcomes for our customers and company.
- Technical Leadership: Deliver impactful technical presentations and facilitate product development discussions with clients.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the APQP process, ensuring timely development milestones are met for new products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Industry Representation: Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and seminars to showcase our innovations.
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential OEM clients, including key accounts like Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and prepare monthly sales analyses.
