Manager/Senior Manager- Institutional Sales - Hospitality (7-10 yrs)
ROLE (PROFILE) :
The selected person will be responsible for market analysis, finding leads and converting into sales, implementing marketing strategies and maintaining client relationship.
DUTIES (RESPONSIBILITIES) :
- Develop strategy and techniques in coordination with senior management for achieving the sales targets.
- Map potential customers and generate leads and new opportunities for the organization.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with customers by being a valued consultant and that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Responsible for brand promotion through web marketing & conducting on-site seminar to achieve growth and profit plans.
- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
- Develop & maintain institutional sales in the Hotels, Banquets, Restaurants, Caterers, Hospitals, Industry, Airline etc.
- Create new business opportunities in an ever changing environment and aggressively grow the accounts for the commercial laundry Business Unit.
- Ability to understand all facets of laundry, on premise laundry products, corporate marketing, sales strategies, pre-sale and post-sale support requirements as well as customer types, purchasing motives, allied products and applications.
REQUIREMENTS (SKILL SET)
- Experience in institutional sales within Hospitality, Healthcare, Airline, FMCG industry.
- Excellent in analytical skills budgeting, planning, understanding market behaviour.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Excellent networking, research and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), business writing.
- Possess digital marketing skills.
- Knowledge of the Laundry industry would be an advantage.
- Should be open to travel.
Education :
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing and/or Communications.
Experience :
Minimum 7 years of direct experience in B2B sales within Hospitality, Healthcare, Airline, FMCG industry.
