Manager/Senior Manager - Institutional Sales - Food & Snacks (2-10 yrs)
About Client: One of the leading brands in food and snacks segment.
Basic Requirements
- Should be an MBA from a well recognized institute.
- Should have a good amount of experience in Institutional Sales (Coffee brands, airports, army mess, IRCTC, Airport etc.)
- Location of operation will be Kolkata, Hence the candidate should be ready to relocate.
- Subject will have to handle the sales at national level.
- Must be from FMCG background only (only from food/ Beverage/ snacks background)
JD :
- Responsible for acquiring & managing wide range of institutional accounts including Hotels, Airlines, CSD and developing new channel partners to expand distribution network.
- Negotiated the prices & margins with stockist and major institutions to increase profit margin for different product categories.
- Drive business expansion through sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth, market share, and market penetration
- Develope key relationship with key decision makers for business development. Recognized prospective clients from various sectors, generating business from the existing clients
