Manager/Senior Manager - Inside Sales

We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager for Inside Sales to drive lead generation, build a strong supply pipeline, and optimize conversion strategies. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic vision and impeccable execution.

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end management of building our expert workforce, overseeing sourcing, training, and onboarding. Your mission is to ensure a steady supply of high-quality experts, optimize costs, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

- Managerial Skills : Manage and mentor an Inside Sales team, equipping them with the right tools, techniques, and knowledge to drive leads effectively. Set clear performance goals, track results, and provide ongoing training to enhance team efficiency.

- Pipeline Management : Build, track, and manage a consistent supply of qualified leads, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives. Prioritize leads and work closely with the sales team to convert them into active suppliers or customers.

- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle times. Prepare regular reports highlighting performance insights and areas for improvement.

- Strategy Development : Develop and optimize strategies to maximize conversion rates. Adapt these strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal performance data.

- Collaboration with Sales & Operations Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and business objectives. Provide insights into customer needs and market conditions.

- Supply Building : Focus on targeted outreach to build a consistent and high-quality supply base, ensuring operational needs are met.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or lead generation, with a focus on building supply pipelines. 2-3 years of experience managing a telecalling team is strongly preferred.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi to engage effectively with a diverse audience.

- Proven ability to drive leads and build a supply base through telecalling.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performance team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging prospects effectively.

- Data-driven approach to analyze performance and optimize strategies.
