Designation: Manager/Senior Manager - Wealth Mgt( HNI Sales)
JOB ROLE:
- Doing financial planning and goal based sales of HNI Clients (Ticket Size Rs 10 lacs & above)
- Up-selling various financial investment products to HNI clients.
- Creating more pool of HNI category of clients through reference of existing HNI clients
- Getting new HNI clients in the system through Seminars & Events.
- Creating up-sell opportunity for existing HNI clients.
- Generating min 1x of his own salary.
- Liasioning between HO and region for creating more up-sell opportunities.
Criteria for Recruitment:
Qualification - PG/MBA from reputed institute or Graduate from good college.
Experience - Minimum 6-10yrs in handling HNI relationship, Sales & Financial Planning of HNI
Clients from BFSI or any other sector with good business / market knowledge. Having experience of handling HNI Client acquisitions and Relationship Management & service.
Personality: - Smart, Good Pleasing Personality, Good communication.
Target companies: - Banks, Wealth Management.
Interview Process: - HR + Head Distribution + Regional Business Head.
CTC Range: - Rs 10 to 15 LPA
