Manager/Senior Manager/General Manager - Business Development - Defense Segment (10-25 yrs)
Skill set:
1. Experience in Business Development, Sales and Pre Sales in high tech embedded systems in the areas of RADAR,EW and AVIONICS etc for Defence
2. Developing leads and turning leads into business for products and services.
3. Indepth knowledge of Defense industry (Avionics, RADAR and EW markets).
4. Proven track record in offering technical and commercial solutions, securing large projects, achieving business growth and managing key accounts.
5. In-depth knowledge of Electronics embedded systems, Aviation systems and instrumentation, RF & microwave.
6. Self driven, proactive.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate Leads/ business for Defence
2. Participate in tenders, Searching for tenders, coordinating with different stakeholders for preparing the tender response, submit the response. Follow up, participating in Price negotiation .
3. Regularly Meeting prospects, clients regularly and build business.
4. Gather and share defence market information
5. Responsible for Marketing activities
