Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (10-12 yrs)
- The primary outcome expected from the candidate is opening new opportunities to sell the solution to enterprise customers and bringing them to closure.
- Please note that this is a niche product that requires a consultative sales approach requiring you to connect proactively and bringing new leads through outbound sales cadences.
- This is an individual contributor (IC) role that requires the candidate to identify new leads, open up new opportunities and close deals - all to be done at an individual level.
- It is a must for the candidate to be active on Linkedin and have the ability to reach out to new connections and initiate sales conversations.
Targeted Prospecting : Identifying and tapping existing networks or new leads to pitch our solution
Audits and Pitches : Putting together decks to identify gaps in prospect companies location data and designing pitches customized to the sales conversations/ meetings
Negotiation : Negotiating pricing and finding optimum product and pricing mix to win deals
Nurture and Close: Nurture ongoing conversations and ensure timely sign up of the client to meet revenue targets
Client on-boarding : Enable successful onboarding of the client by aligning with the respective account directors
Qualifications:
- 10 to 12 years of work experience
- Polished communication skills to be able to communicate and present to CXOs of Fortune 500 companies
- Major relationships and a high degree of digital 'savvy' are non-negotiable.
- Go-getter attitude and self-starting motivation
- Business development acumen
- Confidence in sales discussions
- Understanding of brief/pitch process with high win rate
- Proficient at presentations and demo's
- A deep understanding of digital campaigns and media buying
- Contacts within local media/digital/marketing agencies
- Ability to work within a regional start-up environment
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The ideal candidate is polished, able to negotiate and present to CXOs.
- You need a big media/digital agency/ brand network
- Past Entrepreneurial Experience
- Good understanding of SEO
- Ability to put together professional and crisp pitch decks
