Urgently Hiring Marketing Manager/ Senior manager , Digital marketing, 6+ years, Mumbai , Immediate joiners


Essential Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and tactically execute online customer acquisition strategies and campaigns.

- Drive and execute paid campaigns across major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Reddit, and others

- Learn, follow and demonstrate a strong understanding of internal policies and procedures.

- Define social media KPIs

- Make lead and marketing-oriented campaigns

- Lead generation using paid promotions/campaigns

- Measure the success of social media campaigns

- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

- Use the latest social media marketing tools

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

- Extensive marketing research knowledge

- Website Management and Optimization.

- Provide ongoing management and optimization of these campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking and reporting

- Coordinate appropriately across other channels to ensure smooth integration of online advertising into brand overall growth strategy

- Lead customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc)

- Work closely with brand and communication team to help drive success in meeting their goals and partner with the cross-channel leads for integrated campaign program development

Knowledge :

- Should possess in depth Knowledge of latest marketing trends and scenarios and be able to conceptualize and execute innovative strategies.

- At least 6 years of experience in social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter with proven experience creating, executing and continually optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns

- Ability to communicate cross-functionally within a highly energetic team

- Presentation skills, comfortable speaking about and presenting data

- Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI

Skills :

- Knowledge of Ad Servers, campaign optimization tools, and/or online tracking technology preferred

- Knowledge of Google Ads Platform and Google Marketing Platform a big plus

- Knowledge in Search Engine Marketing, including Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.

- Experience in Search Engine Optimisation, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing etc.

- Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics)

- Plan and manage our social media platforms

- Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign overall performance
