We are looking for Manager/ Sr Mgr ( Mobile AD/ Digital AD Sales) for Mumbai office of the client at lower parel

Position : Manager/ Sr Mgr ( Digital Sales )
Experience : 3- 6 years of Relevant experience in digital sales /AD Sales
Qualification : Graduate (Manager Qualification preferred)

Responsibilities :
This role is for Digital Ad Sales Manager. This will involve complete ownership of the business for a specified category/territory in terms of generating sales revenue from advertisers & Media Agencies. Key responsibilities would be :
- Keeping a track of media spends of potential advertisers and ensuring that HT Media brands are on top of their consideration set
- Responsible for sales of ad inventory for all HT media owned websites, WAP sites and Android/iPad apps.
- Responsible for maintaining weekly campaign status tracker and forecasting sheet.
- Generating revenue and chasing the monthly, quarterly & annual targets assigned
- Work with the product team to devise customized solutions for potential advertisers from time to time
Functional Skills :
- Media sales management experience working on internet products
- Marketing experience, Bollywood/Movies experience
Experience :
- 3- 6 years total experience. Should have strong experience in either digital ad sales
- Should have a clear understanding of the digital media planning & buying process & nuances
Education :
- MBA preferred
- Additional Information
- Proven track record with extensive digital sales experience including significant exposure to leading and managing digital budget at a reputable advertising agency or for an entertainment/media company
- Proven success in selling and delivering integrated cross media solutions
- Outstanding sales, negotiation and presentation skills
- Very strong People Management skills, ability to lead both experienced people, develop and mentor junior team members
- Skilled in multi-tasking, managing deadlines, and prioritizing all within a fast-paced environment
- Superb communication skills
- Proven ability to devise and deliver creative, exciting and innovative digital partnerships
- Senior level contacts in ad agencies including investment, planning and digital
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think both strategically and laterally.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing required or equivalent work experience
- Oversee creation of all ad sales integration materials including presentations, one-sheets, re-caps, etc.
