Role : Mgr/Sr Mgr- Customer Success And Retention
Location : Gurgaon- Golf Course Road
The JD Is As Follows
Responsibilities :
- Own the direct marketing channels including but not limited to email, sms, whatsapp, app, web, outbound calls etc.
- Plan & execute customer lifecycle programs
- Develop & evolve the plans to leverage marketing automation to increase retention metrics & ROI
- Leverage product marketing campaigns to drive user engagement & reactivation
- Understand & develop user journeys for various cohorts
- Drive new experiments, A/B tests to optimize the conversion & ROI
- Manage retention operations & methods of upsell, cross sell etc at optimum levels introducing cost-benefit approach/Cost per retain
- Maintain & increase customer loyalty by utilizing rewards program
Requirement :
- 5+ years of experience in direct marketing, marketing automation, retention marketing
- Passionate about understanding & leveraging evolving user behaviour in B2C space
- Hands on experience of customer life cycle management
- Great understanding of customer retention methods
- Proficient in analytics using excel, Power BI etc.
- Able to manage a team of retention & liaison with key functions - content, design, product marketing, customer support etc to drive campaigns
