One of our client a leading online travel company in India providing a 'best in class' customer experience with the goal to be the most recognized brand when it comes to Travel .It has mobile applications and other associated platforms, leisure and business travelers can explore, research, compare prices and book a wide range of services catering to their travel needs. Since its inception almost over a decade ago more than 7 million customers have used one or more of our comprehensive travel-related services, which include domestic and international air ticketing, hotel bookings, homestays, holiday packages, bus ticketing, rail ticketing, activities and ancillary services. With over 83,000 hotels contracted across India, it is India's largest platform for domestic hotels.

We are looking for Mgr/ Sr Mgr ( Corporate sales) for our client office in Mumbai at Lower Parel

2) Position- Mgr/ Sr Mgr ( Corporate sales)

3) Location- Mumbai ( Lower Parel)

4) Experience - 2- 5 years in corporate sales preferably in Travel or related domain

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS

- Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel

- Manage relationships with travel corporates for their travel spend

- Target Medium & small enterprises for their corporate tie up for the Travel needs.

- Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers

Visit corporate clients ( SME's) or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer

- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients highlighting the benefits accordingly

- Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications

- Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals

- Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity

- Assign and designate sales quotas and territories to staff according to individual potential

- Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets

- Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities

- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance

- Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients

- Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast

- Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
