AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR) SUCCESS INDICATORS :
- Business Development / Marketing
- Developing & executing effective sales plans, to ensure achievement of agreed-to volume, market share and profit objectives.
- Client Relationship Management
- Mapping client's requirements and generating business from new accounts.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with key decision makers and major corporate clients
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms
- Timely achievement of sales targets
WORK ACTIVITIES :
- Shall be responsible for generating the business leads
- Meeting with clients
- Understanding client requirement and offering client specific solution
- Negotiating service contract and after sale service
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality/security industry
