Manager/Senior Manager - Client Service Delivery - Preventive Health Checkup Sector (1-5 yrs)
- Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high-end clients
- Empanelment of Corporate for OPD, IPD and Health Check Up
- Make Proposals demonstrations and presentations to doctors and corporate
- Servicing existing clients and client retention and follow-ups.
- To Identify, Negotiate and establish alliances with all potential Corporates to develop preferred provider relationships.
- Track report, Feedback, complaints received through market activities
- To Establish inter hospital coordination and communication with all departments and get information,
- Collect data and also give feedback of the market analysis.
- End to End Account management of corporate
- Identify and map the potential of target Corporate (Patients / regionally - corporate doctors).
- Develop and nurturing new market and Client support and coordination activities
- Interact with Physicians ( Internal and External)
