Our client is looking for Manager/ Sr Mgr ( Project Installation) for Gurgaon/ Delhi locations for the client

- To Provide complete support to customer from post-sale to possession. Ensure high levels of service, communication and able to build a trustworthy relationship with customer.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in reputed Real Estate companies.
- Soft skills and Technical skills:
- Excellent Communication skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to solve pronlems
- MIS Knowledge
- Team handling
- ERP knowledge/ experience
- Relevant CRM experience preferably with an engineeering company / Construction/ real estate/ similar industry
- Engineering degree in Mechanical / Civili is preferred
Key Roles and Responsiblities
- Relationship building: Meeting and greeting customers to resolve queries
- Be single point of contact (SPOC) for all post-sales communication with customer.
- Guide the customer through the sale deed, payment of stamp duty and coordinate for registration
- Send pre intimation to customer for payment and ensure dispatch of demand letters on time basis.
- Coordinate with site engineers for flat hand over and ensure update of all records of customer.
- Prepare collection MIS report for management.
- Ensure high service levels and promptness in handling customer issues and complaints
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 4- 8 + years of experience in similar domain
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Equipment knowledge
- PC proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
