Manager/Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Sales - BFSI (6-12 yrs)
- To drive and ensure delinquent customers back into main stream by offering finance scheme to enable the customers to repay their debts by EMI schemes
- To ensure fair distribution of business targets to all down the line
- To provide an environment full of energy, excitement, fairness & opportunities to grow and develop, mile-stones and structural levels for their growth
- To address real-time crisis by reviewing the progress
- To develop successors and bench strength
- To ensure timely execution & disposal of quality proposals by down the lines Relationship mangers
- To visit locations for sourcing and disbursal ensuring smooth and transparent implementation, conceptualize & promote inventions of innovative products
- To push for functional synergies. However ensure that adequate synergies are maintained amongst various functions of sales, credit & Recovery
- To ensure response to customer's complains, etc
- Follow up and negotiate with the customers consistently and effectively for faster and efficient disbursement.
- Preparing the MIS for daily receivables and reporting the same to HO office
- To achieve monthly Sales Targets.
- To plan recruit Direct sales Agents & training, counseling etc
