Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Warehouse/3PL Business (5-8 yrs)
- Must have good understanding and experience of business acquisition process in multiple verticals of 3PL business
- Must have stability in career and have been working/ worked for a minimum of 2/3 years in all the previous/ current assignments
- The purpose of the role is to acquire Prospects in all verticals ( FMCG, Lighting, Medical, Pharma, Telecom, IT hardware products, etc)
- Has to meet new business development targets, identify customer requirements, define the market and customize solutions and offerings.
- Required to create market intelligence in order to support the product enhancement and competitive landscape evaluation.
- Has to work in close coordination with Regional Manager to increase the sales / acquire new clients
- Plan, develop and implement new strategies
- New business development for 3PL / freight forwarding etc
- Handle meetings with new clients
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Outstanding clearance within timeline / due dates
- Business Growth - Q on Q and Y on Y
- Shall be gaoled on new business acquisition/ Revenue/ Bottomline growth on these specific sectors
- Ability to venture into new markets, new products/Services
