Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Solutions Sales (1-5 yrs)
Job Description
Gathering information and meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Negotiating terms of agreement and creating detailed proposal documents, customized to the prospective customer's needs.
Working closely with other teams for execution and implementation of deals
Selection Criteria
Minimum Graduate required. Post Graduate would be preferred
Minimum 1 of experience in Corporate Sales (preferred in IT solution, Health & wellness solution, HR solutions)
Excellent Communication skill (Written and Verbal)
Good networking skill and market/industry knowledge
