Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Solar Energy (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities Strategize in Business Models and Business Plans :
- Work with higher management in formulating business strategies.
- Research for new markets and know-how of the renewable industry.
- Assist and strategize in new products & services.
Client Outreach and Engagement :
- Utilize tele-marketing technique to reach out to key decision-makers in target companies.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of Renewable Energy and position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling.
Sales Meetings and Presentations :
- Schedule and conduct effective sales meetings with key decision-makers to understand their energy needs and challenges.
- Present compelling proposals and solutions that demonstrate the real cost savings and environmental benefits of Renewable Energy.
- Inspire clients to take action and transition to Renewable Energy sources through persuasive communication.
Deal Closure/Sales Conversion :
- Negotiate win-win deals
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
Team Management :
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
- Accountable for achieving its own as well as its team sales target
Candidate Profile :
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in teleprospecting/Marketing and consultative selling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Should have excellent skills in office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc
