Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development Role - Textile (5-15 yrs)
- The Manager/Senior Manager (US/EU/ROW/IM) Sales & Marketing is responsible for sales of nonwovens fabrics/rolled goods within co. This key team member is responsible to direct and manage the International.
- Sales of his respective region (US/EU/ROW) to support strategic and financial objectives of, increase our overall sales profitably, diversify our customer base, and to build and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Experience in companies producing Technical Textiles/Nonwovens/Healthcare/Hygiene based complex, highly engineered products, and that are known for Lean, Continuous Improvement, and High Performance, is more critical than specific industry segment experience.
- Strong sales leadership is required.
The following is required for the position as well :
- Experience in working with larger Technical Textiles/Nonwovens/Healthcare/Hygiene products manufacturing companies.
- Five or more years of business development experience in Nonwovens Fabrics/Technical Textiles Fabrics
- Excellent track record of establishing strong customer relationships. Develop and maintain a network of contacts within and outside of the company.

Education (Degree/Major) :
- Bachelor's degree/Masters/MS in Textile Technology/Polymer Science/Fiber Science
Work Experience : Minimum (5) years- experience in Sales & Marketing of Technical Textiles/Nonwovens Fabrics based organization.
Language : Must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in the English language

- Should have leadership skills and should take initiatives as well as should be a team player.
