Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (3-10 yrs)
Purpose of Position :
To grow the business and manage the overall profitability of the business. He/she would also provide inputs for business strategy including long-term business plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- To find out the new prospects for the business.
- New business development as well as mining existing accounts.
- An innovative approach to generate business and build long-term relationships with existing & potential clients.
- Managing entire sales process i.e. lead generation & prospecting, sales presentations & proposal submission, negotiations & closure to agreement sign up.
- Post-transition activities and review to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Handling escalations, MIS and reports.
- Assisting client in adding value through strategic resource allocations, staffing needs & optimization of resources.
- Proactive approach, minimal supervision, focused on new & repeat businesses.
- Only professionals from Staffing and Recruitment industry would be considered.
