Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (2-10 yrs)
Purpose of Position:
To grow the business and manage the overall profitability of the business. He/she would also provide inputs for business strategy including long-term business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- To find out the new prospects for the business.
- New business development as well as mining existing accounts
- Innovative approach to generate business and build long term relationships with existing & potential clients.
- Managing entire sales process i.e. lead generation & prospecting, sales presentations & proposal submission, negotiations & closure to agreement sign up
- Post transition activities and review to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Handling escalations, MIS and reports
- Assisting client in adding value through strategic resource allocations, staffing needs & optimization of resources
- Proactive approach, minimal supervision, focused on new & repeat businesses.
Competencies and skills:
- Only professionals from Staffing and Recruitment industry would be considered.
- Target and result orientation.
- Should be able to handle stakeholders at top and mid - level
- Must have excellent knowledge and contacts in Recruitment industry
- Needs to be very proactive and consultative
- Needs excellent Advance MS office, Reporting, Analytic skills.
- Must be Social network savvy and well connected
- Must be able to provide ideate and customize recruitment solutions to suit client needs
