Client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market / feasibility study / research / analysis, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth. . Key Objectives of this role:
- Identify New business opportunities in line with organization's vision & growth plans,
- Undertake detailed analysis of the product/service, market, feasibility, revenue models, funding & any other activity relating to identification & development of new business,
- Build a deep understanding of the new opportunities & growth plans. Present the detailed report to the management.
- Track and analyze the performance of business development activities and Prepare regular reports on progress, successes, and areas for improvement to inform senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
- Analyze potential areas for expansion and growth to increase revenue streams.
- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
- Plan and execute proper business and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Use this information to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support business development initiatives.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
Required skills & Qualifications :
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- B2B Experience and understanding of creating business models / profitability analysis will be critical,
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective rapport, business development, sales strategies, prioritization and execution for business growth.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
