Role Mgr/SR.Mgr -Business Development HR Solutions
Identify new markets segments / potential clients and have successfully adding several new large clients for solutions like Comp & Ben, Talent Management, Payroll Administration and HRMS activities.
Extensive research on multiple verticals to track new business opportunities,
Drive sales initiative and manage the frontline sales team
Tap new clients, explore new business opportunities and manage end to end sales process in Comp & Ben, Talent Management, Payroll Administration and HRMS
Assist cross department business heads - Identify and support other business verticals within the organizations for cross business opportunities, go to market strategy.
Formulate business, market and sales strategy
Share and contribute market intelligence with management and draw / initiate plans to implement market and sales strategy at ground level
Monitor large deals pipeline and account based sales operations
Create and monitor, market as well as business metrics to demonstrate effectiveness in sales growth and market penetration
