Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Education (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Promote/sell Enterprise learning services solutions to corporates across the region.
- Develop a sales pipeline and generate revenues for high-end technical training and certifications.
- Account and client relationship management
- Engaging large customers for long term partnerships and ensuring consistency in the business
- Leading sales presentation and technical discussions including SME with clients and close in favour of the organization
- Achieving weekly/monthly/quarterly sales quotas and other performance evaluation parameters.
Skills/Experience:
- 5-8 years- experience, preferably from the Education, IT training and certification, assessments or other professionals skill development industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills
- Prior experience in selling to C-level suite, L&D, technical heads, functional owners
