Our client is a leading engineering company with an annual turnover of about INR 800 crores. Our client is an Indian company with over 25 years of business in auto component and sheet metal industry. They manufacture auto parts for the finest car manufacturers in the world. They are looking for Manager/Senior Manager Business Development for their Pune office.

Position : Manager/Senior Manager Business Development

Location : Chakan

Reporting to : Sector Head

Role and Responsibility :

Applicable Documentation :

- To abide by the vision statement in order to improve the Business Development processes of the company and work towards engineering them.


Vision Statement :

- To prepare an annual business plan along with the senior management to actualize the company's vision ABP

- Balance Score Card

- Plant KPIs

- Departmental KPIs

- Individual KPIs

- To develop a Business Development and Marketing strategy to acquire new business and translate it into an execution plan. Business Development Strategy

Review Template :

- To annually budget the monetary requirements to execute the execution plan. Budget & Capex

- To ensure Business Booking from New customer listed as per agreement during appointment Review Dashboard

Budget and Capex :

- To review the results of Business Booking and Execution strategy on a quarterly, monthly and annual basis. Review Dashboard

KPIs :

- To be a part of audits conducted by external and internal parties.

- By understanding and studying the requirements of the audit.

- By gathering existing data and correctly compiling it to provide with the necessary information related to the company's policies.

- By articulating rightly as to what the company's practices are what the company is doing to further improve them, to auditors.


Audit Formats :

- To continuously monitor the business scenario and ensure that the policies are in sync with it.

- By being updated with every years business plan and identify role to achieve it.

- By being in sync with the latest development in Market, policies globally.

- PESTLE & SWOT analysis

Candidate Profile :

- Should have 6-8 years of Business Development/ Sales experience in auto component or sheet metal industry.

- Should be an Engineering graduate. Post-graduation in Management will be an added advantage

- Salary will commensurate with industry standards.
