1. Product Knowledge & Market knowledge
2. Enhancing organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing / business development strategies
3. Contribution to the business development unit of sharing of best practices, interaction with counter parts
4. Adaptable to market developments and Endeavour to obtain big ticket clients
5. Completion of the commitments in the due time frame
6. Competitive intelligence/ Report System efficiency
7. Tracking case completion with Rating group on a regular basis
8. Brand Building Strategies / Corporate Communication
9. Ability to liason and maintain a cordial relation with the client & Takes personal responsibility for customer satisfaction
10. Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs & Dedicated to meeting the expectations of customers
11. Monitoring market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
12. New Business development initiatives
13. Ensuring that the required documentation is complete for all new business opportunities.
14. Ensuring that the BD Team work effectively and prioritize workloads
15. Leading & guiding the Business Development Team
16. Handling meetings with the key clients
