Manager/Senior Manager - Brand Strategy & Corporate Communication - Advertising/PR Firm (7-12 yrs)
Job Description - Manager/Sr. Manager - Brand Strategy and Corp Communication.
Purpose of this Position :
- Brand and Corporate Communications Manager will serve as the chief communications strategist for the organization to craft, develop and maintain the company brand, including messaging, tone, design and public relations at a global level. This position is responsible for developing and managing corporate-level marketing programs, which cover extensive marketing disciplines from Corporate Identity management, brand programs and campaigns, employer branding, major global events to marketing planning processes and operations.
- Brand and Corporate Communications Manager works closely with cross-functional teams in Mumbai corporate office as well as in the regions.
- He/she needs to coordinate at the strategic and execution levels with other functions in the organization and with partners and vendors.
Major Areas of Responsibility :
1. Inspire people to prefer, choose, and advocate the brand by proposing and implementing the best-fit leading edge branding initiatives.
2. Maintain and foster a collaborative relationship with internal and external counterparts.
3. Act as key interface between Marketing, product business units and regional sales offices to achieve the defined goals.
4. Manage organization and talents with clear mission statement and measurements, responsibilities include staffing, development, coaching and maintaining a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel.
5. Develop short- and long-term team plans and budgets, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate team performance.
6. Develop and manage use of outside resources, including creative agencies, PR firms, contracted copywriters and etc.
7. Maximize ROI and marketing investment.
Qualifications :
Minimum Job Requirements :
An experienced leader with demonstrated accomplishments in strategic marketing, brand management and team building for leading B2B and B2C organizations.
Work Experience : Experience in B2B/B2C marketing in. Experience in internet/digital marketing is a plus.
Education : A college graduate with a marketing, business, or journalism background is preferred.
Language : Excellent written and verbal command of both English.

Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with integrated marketing projects and cross-departmental communications.
