Hiring for a Business Development Manager (Sr. Manager / AGM) Farm /Earthmovers for a Corporate Company in Mumbai (Lower parel)
Graduate or Postgraduate Preferably with MBA in Marketing with 10-15 Years of Experience can apply
Experience in Tyre (Farm/OTR) industry is must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development of Farm/OTR Tyre for India & SAARC in the Zone.
- Dealer Development.
- Achieve product wise, region wise sales targets by focusing on the whole range of Products, Sales, Logistics and demand planning.
- Team Management- Appoint Team Members, Ensure Team Performance, Train New Members, Monitor Daily Sales Reports (Sales Modules) of all Sales Persons of that Location.
- Conducting ad campaigns, Dealer Meets / Mechanical Meets etc.
- Candidate will be responsible for handling entire Region.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Postgraduate Preferably with MBA in Marketing with 10-15 Years of Experience.
- Preferred Age Group 35-40.
- Experience in Tyre (Farm/OTR) industry is must.
- Managerial, Strategy Planning, Budgeting, Team Management, Managing sales & Marketing, Team Motivator to achieve the results in odd situation and drive the team to achieve targets.
- Good Analytical Skills and problem solving skills. Detail Oriented, should have the ability to get into the nuts and bolts of issues.
