Job Title : Manager / Sr. Manager (Affinity sales)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Role Purpose / Summary :

1. Understand Affinity practice and provide relevant insurance solutions to the clients.

2. Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients by delivering the desired client experience and value proposition for Affinity;

3. Act as the contact for clients in your location to ensure client needs and expectations are met for Affinity

4. Lead, develop and improve the day to day client relationship and client experience for Affinity in your location

5. Maintain and improve client satisfaction, retention, revenue and profitability for Affinity

Key Accountabilities :

1. Ability to understand the Client, their industry and their risks and match them with potential Global Solutions;

2. Analyse clients- coverage needs, collect and analyse relevant information to identify risk transfer solutions.

3. Individually initiate and close new business opportunities from potential clients and where required,support the Product Leader / Team Leader.

4. Maintain adequate sales pipeline for your location

5. Accountable for the development of new and retention of existing business;

6. Develop and maintain effective relationships with Clients;

7. Consistently demonstrate integrity, professionalism and quality;

8. Accountable for maintaining and improving client satisfaction and profitability;

9. Responsible for improving client retention revenue;

10. Accountable for negotiating the best possible price using knowledge, expertise and market presence for desired cover;

11. Maintain marketing material and presentations for new business

12. Provide advice to clients and colleagues on the scope of coverage available for different products to establish the appropriate product that meets the clients' coverage needs.

13. Review and quality check insurance documentation at a pre-determined stage in the process to establish whether the selected product accurately reflects clients' coverage requirements.

14. Ensure a full technical and quality check has been completed on all work. Liaise with colleagues on any issues arising.

15. Produce all insurance documentation for negotiation and confirmation of coverage including co- ordination for timely delivery of policy documentation to the client.

16. Establish and maintain risk placement files, ensure all risk information is accurate, complete and up- to- date and distribute information to appropriate individuals when required.

17. Provide advice to clients and colleagues on market developments and share knowledge of market trends to enhance the overall value proposition.

18. Ensure the appropriate staff are aware of all risks with warranties. Review status ensuring warranties are met.

19. Ability to cross sell where possible;

20. Responsible for compliance with IRDAI, other, regulatory requirements and Global business procedures (including usage of CRM System, and application of Insurer security policies where relevant).
