Manager - Search Engine Optimization & Digital Media Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Skill(s) Required:
1. With previous experience managing digital teams and programs or campaigns on size able pieces of business.
2. A creative and analytical strategic bent towards their work.
3. A great orator with fantastic presentation skills.
4. Facebook Ad campaign management, media strategy and planning and media campaign monitoring
5. Supervise and train junior level resources such as social media account managers and coordinators for content, execution, ORM, mailers, online ads, social platforms and other digital marketing essentials.
6. Who can come up with ideas and give it direction. (Not just in PPTs, but executable)
7. Who has the knack and patience to manage a dynamic, young team full of ideas!
8. Who knows how important social, content marketing and growth hacking is for brands.
9. Who is great at trend-spotting: Using listening tools and real-time trending tools to alert the team to immediate opportunities for social content and campaign creation
10. Who can inspire, motivate and drive a team to deliver for their brands.
Collaborate closely with the media planning and search marketing / SEO teams to leverage digital advertising and organic/paid promotional activities where appropriate
11. Recruiting/Hiring social media professionals to strengthen our even-growing team.

1. Expert in SEO, SEM (ppc) SMO strategies & Email Marketing.
2. Able to work on App Marketing.
3. The Candidate should have good searching abilities over the internet.
4. Candidate should be competent in Reporting, Analysis and to do on-going optimization of all Marketing Channels.
5. Candidate should be very creative and an Innovative thinker.
6. Must have great communication ability and good attitude and sound knowledge about digital Marketing.
7. The candidate should have knowledge about the international Market.
8. Able to draft Digital Marketing proposal and Cover Letter.
9. Understanding of paid campaign
